FAQ's

• For your convinience; no driving around until you find a spot, no long walks from that spot to the terminal. This is a hassle free choice and it saves you a lot of time.
• For you car's safety. You will know that for every minute your car is with us, someone will take care of it and be responsible for it.
• Because you have a number of extra services, that you would not normally have. How does returning from a trip and finding your car washed and clean sound?
• Because overall it will cost you less than any other choice. Less than all the rest car parks, less than any taxi charge...and less than any present you would have to bring to a relative or friend, for driving you to the airport at 3:00 a.m. and collecting you at 5:00 a.m.!  
• Because, unlike the the service other companies offer, with our service you will not have to wait for the rest of the passengers of the flight to gather and afterwards you all go massly to the airport. You will be served as VIP's, because your time is precious and each one of you is special. 

A2: Yes, all our drivers are insured with Motortrade, which allows them to drive any car.

A3: If your journey finishes earlier then expected, you will be charged only for the days we have kept your car. If your journey finishes later than expected, you will be charged extra for every day your car has been kept. This will not apply for delays up to 6 hours.

A4: No, at the moment we can't accept any kind of Credit Card. In the future though you will be able to pay with credit card only in the case of pre-booking.

A5:
It's a very easy procedure;

• Decide whether you want to have your car parked indoors or outdoors
• Decide whether you want to use any of our extra services
• Have your ticket information in front of you (Flight times, flight numbers)
• Use your telephone, fax or PC to contact us and make the booking. This procedure will take less than 5'.
• On the day of your flight, just drive to the airport (Give us a ring 15' before your arrival, to avoid wasting time in case of early arrival to the airport)
• Stop the car in front of te terminal and our well-trained staff will locate you, collect your car and drive it to the carpark of your choice
• Have a nice trip!
• On the day of your arrival, we will confirm the flight and arrange to be outside the terminal expecting you.
• Give us a call when you are expecting your luggage, to give you the exact location of your car
• Walk out, meet our friendly staff, collect your car and drive carefully back home!
